Order Cancellation

1. Time Frame for Cancellation:

   • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as we begin processing orders promptly to ensure quick delivery.

3. Cancellation Confirmation:

   • Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled. If your order has been shipped, you may need to wait until it arrives and then follow our Return Policy for further instructions.

2. Personalized or Custom Items:

   • Orders for personalized or custom items cannot be cancelled once they have been processed. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
